Dukem Ethiopian Restaurant is a 30-year landmark on DC's U Street corridor, widely regarded as one of the city's defining Ethiopian dining experiences. Featured in Eater DC's essential Ethiopian restaurants map, the Washington Post, Michelin Guide and Serious Eats, Dukem serves an extensive menu of injera-based platters, tibs, doro wot, kitfo, and vegetarian combos.
